Christmas Lights

Last night, we went to the see the lights in Ogden and all the Christmas villages lit up. It finally felt like winter. Even though there was no snow on the ground, we dug out all the kid's snowclothes and bundled them up tight! Jaxon was shy at first of course because there were a lot of people around, but towards the end he ran around with the other kids looking in all the little houses trying to find a train. Sorry about the low quality pictures. One of these times I'm gonna have to remember my camera and not just have to use my camera phone!





I think their favorite part of the night though was going to Arctic Circle afterwards for ice cream. Jaxon got the normal size and Dylan got the kiddie cone. Next time we might have to upgrade Dylan's though. I think he could've eaten his and Jaxon's!

Happy Birthday Jaxon! I can't believe he's 4 years old already. Man how time flies and yet, it's hard to imagine our lives without him. He's getting so big! We are so proud of the little man he's becoming. Lucky boy got to have 4 birthday celebrations: a transformers combined birthday with Bobbi in Star Valley, a pirate birthday party with the Hirschi bunch, Arctic Circle playland with his friends today, and of course birthday morning with his, mom, dad, and Dylan. Merry Christmas! We are so thankful this time of year for all of our many blessings. Mark is thankful to have his MBA and to be done with school forever! He’s also thankful to be working for the church in the Planning Division as a Product Manager. Krista is thankful to be able to stay home with 3 rambunctious boys everyday. She enjoys serving in the Primary Presidency. She was also grateful to get away to Mexico with her hubby in May. Jaxon is 5 and thankful for preschool. He’s getting so smart especially with math J and is constantly trying to learn new things. He’s also thankful for sports, video games, and cutting things out. Dylan is almost 3 and thankful for life. He finds joy in the little things like going shopping, playing outside, and cuddling with mom. He cracks us up with his emerging vocabulary and is convinced his name is spelled DYU (like BYU)!
